How do you prepare for your first time anal as far as rectum cleanliness? Do you just try and void hours beforehand, or do you give yourself an enema?? I want my bowels to be free of fecal matter so that I won't be embarassed. Advice?

Use an Enema bottle.
Discard the contents. you do not want your system getting use to it.

Fill the sink with warm, soapy water.
Fill the Enema Bottle.
Lube up, Lay on the side, or Knee - Chest position.
Insert, Expel, then wait for the urge to Evacuate.
Clean up.

Then repeat above steps, until Evacuations run clear...

Ps.
The procedure should be done an hour before Sexual Relations.
Most importantly, do not eat until you`ve met your Dick / Cock Quota !
