Then Fill The Bottle With Warm, Soapy Water.
The Enema Solution Could Make You Dependent On It...

I doubt you can damage your insides by giving yourself enemas unless you're using something other than water. Use plain water and I see no problems.

I've been doing soap suds enemas for yrs now with no damage.
same here, i never used the solution in the bottle. just warm water with alittle soap. never had problems either.
