You wil Tri anything once?? Really though....Trisexual (sometimes trysexual) is either an extension of, or a pun on bisexual. In its more serious usage, it indicates an interest in transgender persons in addition to cissexual men and women. In its more humorous usage, it refers to someone who will try any sexual experience.
It has also been used in the sense of a person being hetero-, homo- and bisexual but only exercising one sexual preference at any one time (which is in cases different to being bisexual).
The term is usually attributed to David Bowie, quoted as saying he was trisexual—he was "willing to try anything". Andy Dick also joked as being trisexual.
